SHIPPING INFO

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders cannot be edited once processed and shipped from our facility.

Shipping times will vary based on region and shipment type.

United States: Standard 3-5 business days for delivery after order processed, all products will be shipped from our facility in New York via USPS. USPS calculated rate. Free on orders over $30.

Express Shipping (Domestic): 2-3 business days. $20. Please note that for expedited same-day processing, we need orders to be made by 9:00 AM PST Monday through Friday.

​

Overnight Shipping (Domestic): 1-2 business days. $40. Please note that for expedited same-day processing, we need orders to be made by 9:00 AM PST Monday through Friday.

Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands and Guam: Standard 3-8 business days delivery via USPS after order processed. USPS calculated rate. Free on orders over $50.

Canada: 6-8 business days delivery after order processed. All products will be shipped from our facility in New York via USPS. USPS calculated rate. Free on orders over $100.

International Orders: International orders will be shipped from oversea warehouses depending on the recipient country. Once shipped, orders are usually delivered within 12-20 business days. The local postal service of the country will be used to deliver the order. Shipping time may vary from country to country due to customs.

Customs and Delays

Recipient is responsible for any duties or customs fee that may incur. Na-know is not responsible for any delays caused by the destination country’s customs clearance process.

RETURN POLICY

Due the nature and health risks of mask products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on masks. For defective or incorrect products shipped by us, please contact us within 7 days and we will either exchange or issue store credit based on each case.

No returns or credit for any item that has been damaged due to misuse or abuse. Final Sale items are nonrefundable.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Na-know will not be responsible any lost or stolen packages that are confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for the order.

30 Day Guarantee

​

Unfortunately, due to the nature of a mask, there is no 30 day guarantee.  However, for all our products other than masks, if you are not in love with what you purchased, you may return the item for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

USA/CANADA: We will send a pre-paid return label to return your item.
